Our Chairman
Mrs. Nikhat Khan M.A B. Ed and her husband late Engr. Sharfuddin Ahmed Khan made a very humble beginning of Winsome Flora High School in the year 1996 with just 5 students. The school stands tall today, in the heart of Kausa, Mumbra. It is due to her vision and persistence that the school has helped more than 1000 successful students in various professional fields. She has been a keen academician which reflects in the proven track record of the academics of Winsome Flora High School.
A brilliant teacher, an inspiring leader, Mrs. Khan believes that a great student will surely be a great citizen. She misses no opportunity to give exposure to her students to Indian ethos – Nationality and Integrity. She has always advocated the necessity of academic and co-scholastic facilities to be given to students so they grow to their fullest potential.
Winsome Flora High School is a part of her dream to give students a school that will not just be a great academic institution but will also be a centre of excellence in sports and educational research.
Principal
Mrs. Arshi Siddiqui, heading the Winsome Flora English High School as the Principal, is a scholar and has been a topper all through her academic career. She completed her MSc (Organic chemistry), MMS (Human Resources) from Mumbai University and NET Qualified. An academician with more than 10 years of teaching experience with leading institutes such as Allana Institute of Management Studies, Royal College of Management, Mumbai and 5 years of administrative experience in Human Resources Management in Corporate sector. Blessed with keen aesthetic sense and a creative mind, she has achieved laurels in various fields. Soft spoken, charming and graceful, she is ever present with a kind of word of encouragement and a winning smile. She inspires one and all to put their best foot forward and work towards delivering their best.

Parents – Teacher Interaction
Along with the teaching community, education is a combined endeavour of parents and society. The institution has succeeded in developing an active organization of the parents. The school organizes PTM on a regular basis. It is compulsory for all parents to attend PTM. They can meet teachers and know the progress of their wards, if needed, may even discuss the individual problems of their children and put forward their valuable suggestions.
